Turns, 89, of Elizabethtown, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Manor Care, Elizabethtown.She was born on March 3, 1930 in Middletown and was the loving daughter of the late Fred and Clara (Leedy) Beck.Ann worked in administration for the Lower Swatara Police Department. She was also an aid for special needs children.In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Samuel L. Turns Sr.; daughter, Kay Morris; brother, Edward Beck; and sister Frances Mathias.Ann is survived by her son, Samuel L. Turns Jr. and his wife Karen of Middletown; grandchild, Mark Faust of Elizabethtown; sister-in-law, Irene Beck of Middletown; and several nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Middletown Cemetery, 675 N. Spring St., Middletown, with the Rev. Britt Strohecker officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Ann’s name to New Beginnings Church, 630 S.
